GREEN ASPARAGUS SOUP

Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Green Asparagus
  • 5 Chopped Garlics
  • 2 L Vegetable Stock
  • 500 ml Cream / Already made Hollandaise
  • Salt,Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut Asparagus into 1-inch pieces, trim the ends , keep for garnish

  2. Heat oil and sautee Garlic

  3. Add Asparagus pieces sautee

  4. Add stock and let simmer  for +- 40 Minutes until very soft and tender

  5. Cook Asparagus spears untilsoft , keep warm

  6. Blend Asparagus very fine ,season to taste and serve hot

  7. Spoon Hollandaise on top and garnish with Asparagus spears
