Ingredients
  • 500 grams Samp
  • 80 grams Button Mushrooms
  • 100 grams Cheese (Pecorino)
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 1,5 l Vegetable stock
  • 300 ml Sparkling Water
  • Salt, Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat Oil in suitable pot

  2. Slice Mushrooms and add to pan

  3. Add Samp stir well, add half of the Stock, let simmer for +- 30 Min, if too thick add more stock

  4. Add Sparkling Water, mix gently

  5. Add half of the Cheese, keep the rest for garnish

  6. Stir gently until soft, season to taste

  7. Place on plate and garnish with the rest of the Cheese
