Heat Oil in suitable pot

Sauté Onions until transparent before adding Beans

In bowl mix Carrots and Cabbage , pour lime dressing over mix (or Mayonnaise if no dressing available)

Peel and mash Avocado very finely , add Onion, Coriander, Lime juice and Garlic , mix , season to taste

Place Coleslaw in Taco shell (½ full)

Spoon hot refried Beans on top
-
Garnish with Guacamole and Cheese

Ready to serve
